Resort guests enjoy breakfast and lunch in one of the three buffet style restaurants and dinner featuring buffets or a la carte service in one of the seven specialty theme restaurants. Dinner reservations are required for the a la carte restaurants, and men are requested to wear long trousers. Children's menus are available. Drinks are served in the 13 bars located throughout the complex and snacks are served at the Beach Bar or at the Sports Bar.

All the guests staying at the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa are able to use the facilities of the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa, located in the same complex. 24 hour all-inclusive service is available.
